[Herndon, VA] — Bravent LLC proudly announces the appointment of Kishore Vuppala as Senior Vice President, Growth & Strategy – Digital Solutions. With more than 26 years of experience leading federal technology modernization initiatives, Kishore brings a proven track record of driving enterprise transformation, low-code modernization, AI-enabled solutions, cloud adoption, and large-scale mission-critical delivery across civilian federal agencies.
Before joining Bravent, Kishore served in senior leadership roles at REI Systems, most recently leading the HRSA EHBs/PPRS IDIQ as Director and IDIQ Program Manager. In that role, he oversaw mission-critical grants modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives supporting HRSA’s post-award grants management ecosystem. His career spans leadership across major federal modernization programs including Data.gov, USAspending.gov, Acquisition.gov, GSA ECAS Web-Portfolio and Infrastructure Platform, USPTO TMPL Modernization, and HRSA EHBs.
Kishore also played anchored leadership roles across federal capture strategy, pricing strategy, proposal development, and oral presentations that contributed to winning multiple BPAs and Call Orders collectively valued in the $150M–$200M range. He has led modernization efforts leveraging cloud-native architectures, AI-driven automation, and low-code platforms to help agencies modernize faster while reducing operational risk and improving mission outcomes.

In his new role, Kishore will help shape Bravent’s digital modernization and growth strategy, expanding the company’s capabilities across AI-driven modernization, enterprise digital platforms, intelligent automation, and federal mission transformation initiatives.
His appointment aligns closely with Bravent’s broader vision of helping federal agencies modernize aging technology and safely adopt artificial intelligence through practical, production-ready solutions.
Bravent’s AI-driven modernization platform, BACE (Bravent AI-Driven Coordination Engine), serves as the orchestration layer behind the company’s growing suite of federal solutions, including:
- GovCompliance — an AI-enabled compliance and monitoring platform that continuously validates federal websites and systems against accessibility, security, and policy requirements in real time.
- DocSyntra — an intelligent document modernization and conversion platform that transforms legacy documents and content into structured, searchable, and publish-ready digital assets.
- Braible — a lightweight AI-enabled enhancement layer that adds chatbot capabilities, accessibility scanning, and low-code content management features to existing government websites without requiring a full rebuild.
Bravent also brings unique acquisition flexibility to federal customers through its GSA MAS contract, SBA 8(a) status, and SBIR Phase III sole-source eligibility — enabling agencies to rapidly adopt innovative AI and modernization capabilities without lengthy procurement cycles.
Outside of work, Kishore enjoys traveling, picking up just about any sport to watch or play, long-distance running, playing and following cricket, and watching NFL football. While he enjoys watching NFL games passionately, he jokingly admits that playing American Football is still one modernization initiative he has not attempted yet.
