NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award GWAC. Applicable fair opportunity requirements under FAR 16.505(b) apply to orders. The issuing agency contracting officer is responsible for appropriate acquisition procedures and documentation. The SEWP online Quote Request Tool (QRT) is the recommended method to solicit quotes.

Ordering Process
The agency identifies its requirement and follows its internal purchase request and funding procedures. Its procurement office issues the delivery order (DO). The NASA SEWP Program Management Office (PMO) processes and tracks orders and forwards them to contract holders. Order modifications must also route through the SEWP PMO. Agency-specific procurement rules remain applicable.
Formal SEWP quotes: Bravent will quote only products and services available under its SEWP contract and will comply with applicable RFQ requirements and the Contract Holder User Manual.
